I stopped in this Audibel office seeking information after my previous hearing specialist’s office closed. Dana, assistant, was very informative and helpful. I had some questions about hearing aid repairs, and replacement that Dana said that Kevin, the hearing instrument specialist, could answer. They both took time to answer my questions and explain some options that I may want to consider. They explained an upcoming VIP special that might be beneficial in helping me make a decision on how to proceed. I booked an appointment to attend. To expedite my next appointment Kevin performed a cleaning and did a hearing test! I was so pleased with their professionalism and the friendly demeanor I will be returning.
