Regional Office Manager
I joined the Starkey HearCare team in 2014 as a Patient Services Coordinator in our Ft Oglethorpe, GA clinic. Since joining Starkey HearCare, I have had the pleasure of seeing patients and teammates lives changed due to better hearing. Because of this I have fallen in love with the hearing industry and am excited about the future of this industry and how it can change people’s lives for the better.
In 2017 I joined the Starkey HearCare leadership team as the Regional
Administrative Manager for our Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee clinics. Since then my role has changed, as I am now the Regional Manager for the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee clinics.
My husband and I spend our free time on the soccer and softball fields watching our two girls play their favorite sports. If we aren’t on the ball fields, we are home with our 2 dogs, Merlin and Bibb and our cat, Archimedes.
Kevin Werkheiser, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kevin is originally from Freeport, Illinois and moved to Cleveland, Tennessee in 2004. He attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and started working at Audibel in 2018. Kevin began working in the hearing industry in 2017 and was drawn to this profession because of the opportunity to change people’s lives.
What Kevin loves most about helping save hearing lives is seeing the expression of the patient and their family when they are able to hear clearly again. Kevin takes the necessary time to listen to the concerns and focus his complete attention on resolving hearing needs in his everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Kevin loves fishing and playing games with his family.
Jessica Arthur, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Jessica is from the Fort Oglethorpe area but new to the hearing aid world but has years of experience in customer service. She came into this position in hopes to help change hearing lives in 2018. She enjoys meeting new people daily and showing them what true southern hospitality is all about!
She has two daughters who attend school locally and are actively involved at United Karate Studio in Chickamauga. She has been with her fiance for coming up on 4 years. They enjoy watching the girls compete in tournaments. They also have 3 French Bulldogs who are completely spoiled rotten.
We have been going to audible for about 3 years now and they are always friendly and helpful. My father-in-law is 91 years old and staff is patient and willing to take time to explain details to him.Santa, on Google
